Modern lifestyles are increasingly characterized by long working hours, sedentary behaviour, irregular meals, insufficient sleep, digital exposure, and elevated levels of everyday stress. These conditions have increased interest in lifestyle-management approaches that emphasize prevention and holistic well-being. Ayurveda, a traditional Indian system of health knowledge, offers principles concerning daily routines, diet, rest, activity, personal care, and individualized approaches to maintaining balance. This paper examines the application of Ayurvedic principles in modern lifestyle management, focusing on daily routines, nutrition, sleep, physical activity, stress management, self-care, environmental awareness, personalization, and digital adaptation. Selected Ayurvedic lifestyle concepts may encourage greater awareness of everyday habits and support structured approaches to wellness. However, traditional concepts should be distinguished from scientifically established medical interventions, and specific Ayurvedic products or practices require careful evaluation for safety and effectiveness. The paper argues that Ayurveda can contribute to contemporary lifestyle discussions as a traditional and cultural framework, particularly in areas of routine, self-care, and preventive wellness, while responsible application requires evidence-informed choices and appropriate professional guidance.
