People with multiple sclerosis (MS), a degenerative neurological disease, have severe difficulties with mobility, equilibrium, and general well-being. One of the most important parts of managing the physical impairments caused by multiple sclerosis (MS) is physiotherapy, which helps with things like muscle stiffness, weakness, and coordination issues. The goals of physiotherapy are to improve functional mobility, lessen weariness, and foster autonomy in doing daily tasks. Individualised therapy regimens are developed to achieve these goals. a review of the literature on the improvement of mobility in MS patients by physiotherapy, with a focus on evidence-based approaches including gait training, strength training, balancing exercises, and task-specific functional activities. It goes on to say that adaptive approaches and assistive technologies are crucial for dealing with the different levels of disability caused by multiple sclerosis. Research has demonstrated that ongoing physical therapy has multiple benefits, including enhanced motor function and a decreased likelihood of complications including deconditioning and joint stiffness, which can exacerbate mobility issues. By fostering self-assurance and motivating patients to lead active lives, physiotherapy plays an essential role in the comprehensive care of multiple sclerosis (MS). Because of this, the patient's physical and mental health are enhanced.
