Abstract

The fast transmission, extensive outbreaks, and substantial effects on human health, economics, and healthcare systems make viral illnesses among the most grave dangers to world public health. Microorganisms known as viruses rely on cells in their hosts to replicate and stay alive. Major epidemics and pandemics have occurred throughout history due to virus-borne diseases like influenza, HIV/AIDS, Ebola, dengue, hepatitis, and COVID-19. the ins and outs of viral diseases from a biological perspective and examines the worldwide public health issues linked to managing, preventing, and controlling these infections. The study of viral structure, replication, transmission, and replication processes with an emphasis on how urbanization, climate change, international travel, and population density contribute to the fast spread of viral illnesses. Additionally, it delves into how vaccine reluctance, disinformation, weak healthcare systems, and restricted access to medical resources contribute to the global burden of viral infections. how widespread viral outbreaks impact communities and nations socially, economically, and psychologically.
