Growth, tissue repair, immunological function, brain development, and energy production are all aided by a balanced intake of water, carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals. the role of nutrition in maturation and examines the impact of nutritional status on health and wellness as a whole. How macronutrients and micronutrients work biologically to keep the body running smoothly and to aid in growth and development. A child's physical development, mental maturation, and immune system are all greatly aided by a healthy diet in the early years. A person's capacity to develop, learn, function metabolically, and resist illness can be severely impaired by malnutrition, vitamin deficiencies, or poor eating habits.
